2nd Week Done

Ok the second week is over and well I did 3 days of exercising. I ate my meals somewhat on time and clothes are fitting much better. So far, I am down 6 pounds and some inches. I didn’t do my measurements before but I can tell I lost some by the way the clothes are fitting me around my thighs.

Breakfast
The MFF cocktail is going down a lot faster I guess it’s because I have got used to drinking it every day now and the vitamins are going down faster too. I have repeated some of the breakfasts this week but they still taste good. I'm still excited to see what I am going to eat the next day.

Snacks
This week they added a few different snacks like the strawberry chocolate parfait. I really liked this. It has been a while since I really had anything sweet like this but I did like it. I also ate some chicken jerky and it was good too.

Lunch
I had a few new items to eat this week, they were good, and I noticed that during this process I haven’t really been eating many carbs.

Dinner
The foods are good and I did do one cheat meal this week. It was on Sunday and I noticed when I made my plate, I didn’t put that much food on my plate and I kept with eating healthy. I had sweet potatoes and corn and some ribs, I barely even eat all of that.

Water
I am still struggling with the water intake but I am drinking more than I use to.

Exercise
This week I went running/walking around my neighborhood park for 3 miles and I did 2 days of boot camp. I have noticed that I am burning more calories than I have previously when I work out. Eating differently has increased my energy to push more and do more when it comes to working out. I continue to surprise myself.

I have one more week left of this challenge and I am thinking about continuing this meal planning service a little longer because I do enjoy not having to cook anything and all I have to do is grab and go. Like I said in my first entry my total weight loss is to lose a total of 20 lbs. and for this challenge, I wanted to lose at least 3-6 pounds, so far, I have met that goal and possibly can exceed it too.
